I have Radiopup setup on Sonos but can’t access it using Alexa voice commands. I have no problem playing Radiopup stations on Sonos using the app. Any help will be appreciated

Make sure the software on your iOS or Android device is up-to-date, kindly verify also if the Sonos app is up-to-date, make sure the Sonos skill is enabled, and if you are running the latest Alexa app version?
I’d also be tempted to do a network refresh, by unplugging all Sonos devices, then rebooting the router. When the router comes back up, plug back in the Sonos devices wait for 1-2 minutes and test it again.
