The Alexa voice assistant works fine to turn on the radio on my Sonos but it doesn’t work to turn off the radio so I have to turn it off by the plug - anyone else have this problem? - I’ve tried removing Alexa & adding it again but the problem persists

I’m saying “Alexa play LBC” or “Alexa play Heart radio” and the Sonos starts playing but then when I say “Alexa stop” it will not turn off
Try saying, “Alexa, stop music” or “Alexa, stop music in (Sonos speaker room name)”.

And what voice command are you using to stop music playback?
