I have a Beam upstairs and an Arc downstairs. The Beam works fine with Alexa ( although have an Amazon fire stick close by the Beam, and I wonder if it’s that which is responding?! - this is connected to the tv, and so is the Beam). but with the Arc Alexa keeps replying - “first enable skill for Arc in Alexa app” .. which is already enabled but I’ve tried disabling it and re-enabling it, but then Alexa says it can’t find devices. I’ve been able to control the Arc via Sonos app, playing Amazon Music, but Alexa won’t work. Can anyone help with this? I’m very confused!
