Prime music not playing...

Just set up my sonos one, put in amazon prime details etc. Now when I browse music and select a track (that I know is available on prime) it asks if I want to upgrade to music unlimited and won’t play the tract. Have I done something wrong??

This may help. Set your default music services. Go to:

Home
Menu (tap the 3 horizontal bars in upper left)
Select Settings
Scroll down to Music & Media
Choose your default music services
