I can’t seem to acquire Bluetooth to connect with Alexa. My son came over and started Spotify and now echo dot doesn’t recognize playbar

The PLAYBAR has no Bluetooth connection, it never has. It was designed long before Sonos started including any electronics to handle Bluetooth.
Perhaps you have a newer Sonos device that does accept a Bluetooth signal, and previously had that device grouped with the PLAYBAR? That’s a strategy I used to do to listen to baseball games on the PLAYBAR.
