Online devices greyed out in Alexa Voice setup
Alexa app - Your Voice setup - cannot select devices. They show as online (both as the '5.1' group and the two Sonos Ones individually) but they are greyed out and I cannot select the device to continue the process. Anybody run into this and solve it?

hmmm then how do you get it to response differently to different voices? That is how to you manage to have more than one profile and associated (for instance) music subscriptions (and associated preferences)?
