NO SOUND FROM SONOS WITH ALEXA COMMAND

I have no sound when telling alexa to play a song on my play:1 speaker. Is there a fix? Sonos plays just fine when connected to computer.

Hi I disabled the speaker and apps and re did everything. It sounds fine now. Thanks🆒

Hi Chris, my fiance reset everything. Disabled as in disconnected the speakers from the router and we reinstalled it. Hope that helps. With the new update and alexa capabilities there are no issues for us.
