I have changed my router, reset my Sonos products, deleted then readded to Amazon then when I ask Alexa to play anything it announces what it plays but there is no audio

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with Alexa not playing what you ask. I presume you have the same account of whichever music service you are using linked in both the Alexa and the Sonos apps?
If so, please open the Alexa app and go to More » Skills & Games » Your Skills » Sonos » Disable, then Enable to Use.
