How do I play my Napster playlist on my Sonos players controled via Alexa

Hello there, tsoclose. Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community. At this time, Alexa does not support playback through Napster. This means you will not be able to initiate playback of a Napster playlist. Once Alexa is able to support Napster it shouldn't be long before that is brought to Sonos.

You can control playback (Play/Pause, Volume Control, etc.) with Alexa, once the playlist is playing.

@keith n. When you say "it shouldnt be long" are you saying that sonos WILL be integrating napster with alexa? Im pretty disappointed that we only found that out after buying a play one. Poor alexa sits there inside the play 1 and never gets spoken to as she is quite useless without napster integration.
