You have three questions. The first, you’d likely need to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. The Sonos device should normally play what you ask it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
As to the second two issues, you’d need to talk to Amazon about. Sonos merely forwards your voice request to the Amazon server for processing. The SVC only recognizes commands regarding playback, and local processing would not recognize those names at all as being commands to the speaker fipor playback.

Since SVC does all the processing ‘on the speaker’, it only knows about music stuff. If you’re asking about anything other than music, you’ve likely connected to Alexa, as SVC is only music related, and is not a full AI.
