Hi

It's not possible from the Sonos App as it can only see the Sonos devices within your set-up. But if the source of the music is Amazon Music then you could use the Amazon Music App to output via Alexa Cast.

- Open the Alexa App>Settings>Audio Groups>Multi-Room Music and create a group containing all of your Echo Devices - Let's call this group 'All Echo Devices'
- Then download the Amazon Music App and to the right of the 'Browse' command, click on the Alexa Cast icon and select 'All Echo Devices' from the list

You will now be able to output music to all Echo devices but you can't yet add Sonos devices to Alexa Multi-Room Music groups.

just remember you can't mix group sonos and Echo devices. You can use Alexa system to group Echo Devices. Sonos can group Sonos devices. But you can't group both together.
