My Move and a Sonos One in a bedroom are refusing to play or stop Spotify since upgrading. I have removed and re-added Spotify in Alexa skills and as a service in the Sonos App.

Is the issue only happening when using the Alexa voice command?
Can you play music through the Sonos app and native Spotify app?
Have you tried other music services and see if the same issue exists?
Kindly reproduce the issue, then submit a diagnostic report through the Sonos app, and reply with the confirmation number. I'd start by reviewing your system as well as the status of the devices, it will help in identifying what's possibly causing the issue.
