Mic on SONOS One use to work now it does not?

It seems like after the most recent upgrade my mic does not work any more. If the Mic does not turn off / on is the unit defective?

Hi

Is the small round white light showing on the top of the Sonos One? If not, touch the Mic symbol and it will toggle back on.

Correct. I'm touching it, trying to turn it on and off. It does nothing.

Okay. Try disabling the Sonos skill and the Re-enable it in Alexa App>Skills>Your Skills, then power down the Sonos One for 10 secs and then let it boot normally until the Status light (White rectangle light) stops flashing. Afterwards please retest if the mic light will switch back on. If it is still not toggling on/off then you'll need to return the device.

I had this occur after I connected a second play one ... I reinstalled Alexa and it rectified the problem ... been okay since ... hope this helps.
