Mic not on

I have a Sonos One with built in Alexa. All worked fine for a month but now Alexa is not responding. Having read this community it looks like the mic is not on. However I cannot get the mic to activate by pressing or swiping the mic button. Any ideas please. Thank you in advance

First off, please open the Alexa App>Skills>Your Skills and Disable then Enable the Sonos skill. Let us know if the problem persists.
