Never had an issue with Sonos or its compatibility with Alexa/Amazon Music.

Over past 3 weeks, I can no longer use my Sonos system to queue Alexa or stream music via Amazon Music. Occasionally, Alexa will start to play a requested song / playlist and will last about 5 seconds before it stops working. Alexa no longer responds to any other requests via Sonos (i.e. turn off lights, etc). 

Yes, I’ve deregistered everything, reset all speaker components, disabled/enabled Sonos app with Alexa, disabled/enabled voice services in Sonos, re-selected Amazon Music as preferred streaming. 

Absolutely nothing works. Sonos support is constantly a 90+ minute wait. I have thousands of dollars wrapped up into a system that simply no longer works. 

 

Any one else experiencing similar issues?
