When can we expect the availability of Alexa in sonos one in India

If you buy an Alexa enabled device such as Sonos One or Beam, Alexa will work fine. You will also be able to play music in Amazon Prime India.
But there is no option to setup Alexa. also There is no potion to choose sonos in alexa’s Skill set
