No. Wow, that hurts my brain to think of the path that it would have to take.

Alexa doesn't know anything about your iPad, there's no way for it to connect to it and access music, since there's no audio input on the Dot.

That being said, all is not lost. You could start the playback using the Sonos controller from your iPad (Play from this device), and then control it using the Echo Dot for things such as pause, resume, volume, next, etc. In that case, your iPad is acting just like a NAS.
But you won't be able play music saved for offline use in an app on the iPad via Sonos in any way - via a Dot or directly. The only way to hear that on Sonos is by running a wire from iPad to Sonos, if the latter has a line in jack. If you get a Sonos One though, when it starts supporting Airplay 2 this should be possible along with playing anything else from your iPad.
