i cant get alexa to play music even when linked.

Alexa keeps telling me to   “First enable the skill for your Sonos one second edition in the Alexa app. Then ask me to discover devices”.

I keep going to the Alexa app and Sonos is already enabled. I press the “Enable smart home skills” tab and it takes me back to a page Smart Home with over 1400 results. I’m stuck and don’t know what else to try.

Hi

 

If the Sonos Skill is enabled, can you open the Sonos App>Settings>Services>Voice>Amazon Alexa and ensure that your device is listed as Enabled.  If it is then please Disable the Sonos Skill in the Alexa App and then Enable.  Please let us know how you get on.
