You’ll have to register your smart dishwasher using the Samsung SmartThings app on your phone where the dishwasher will be added as a smart home device. Then in the Amazon Alexa app, enable the Samsung Smart Home skill where it will link Alexa to your Samsung account by signing in with the account used in the Samsung SmartThings app.
