Just got Sonos one and assigned it to the Kitchen but would like to place in master bedroom. When I change name/location in settings in both the Sonos and Alexa app., Alexa still says "master bed room off line". When I switch back to kitchen it works. Is it possible to reset the device?

After you rename the speaker in the Sonos controller, ask Alexa to detect devices so Amazon can update the name of the speaker on their end. Or you can go into the Alexa app, then go to Smart Home > Devices and press the Discover button.
