How do I get my Sonos Play 1 to work with Alexa AND Apple Music Family Plan?

Just subscribed to Apple Music Family. 

Daughter has a Play 1 in her room, and an Echo Dot. She has added her Apple Music profile to our Sonos account. But Alexa won’t play any of her playlists, it just picks something it things will suffice. It will play my playlists on her Sonos just fine, but not her playlists. Not sure what to do?

First I'd like to ask questions to isolate the issue so we can create a path towards resolution.

1. Is Apple Music as default music service in the Alexa app?
2. Have you tried disabling and re-enabling the skill in the Alexa app?
