How do I disable the mic on the Arc so it can never listen to me

How do I disable the mic on the Sonos Arc.  I do not want to allow it to ever listen to me or anything.  Specific instructions please.  Thanks so much!

The microphones are disabled by default. It is required to set up Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant to turn them on.
