era100 wont play bbc sounds usiing alexa. It was working ok until a couple of days ago, but then stopped.
I have unlinked BBC sounds, removed bbc sounds app, switched the sonos off for a few minutes, then re-linked the app. When i asked it to play BBC radio 2, it worked the first time, then stopped after a minute or so. subsequent attempts to play radio 2 result in the sonos saying its playing bbc 2 but then goes silent.
Can you please give me a fix for this, without this facility, the sonos will be going back prontro.
