era 100 issue with alexa

Alexa isn’t fully working on my era 100. I can’t control Spotify using it. Ive checked the Alexa app and my era 100 is on there but doesn’t seem to be linked as a speaker. When I ask Alexa to change songs , on my era, it tells me that it can’t support the stream and to add my era 100 device. Very strange.

Alexa is working fine on my Era100. Have you added Alexa as a service in the Era 100 settings?

I have a new Era 100 and am having the same issue. My Alexa dots all respond, and so does my Sonis Move but as you say I have to repeatedly ask my Era 100 and often no reply after several attempts. 
 

come on @Sonos you can do better. 
the Move works fine but not the newer speaker?

 

I removed my Dot from the room where my Era is so it looks better not having a flashing g plug and this is your sales pitch. Alexa. This is not a One SL.

please fix ASAP as its embarrassing shouting at your brand new ‘top of the range, expensive SMART speaker.
