Hi. I’m new to the group and I’m visually impaired.

Only a recent problem but my Echo Dot will not play Absolute Radio to a group of sonos speakers. It will only play Absolute Smooth Radio.

Was fine until a couple of weeks ago.

Can anyone help please.

First, I'd like to ask a few questions and will give some suggestions on what you can follow.

  1. Any changes in the network recently?
  2. Do you use your Amazon account in another house or location?
  3. Have you tried to sign out from your Amazon accounts from your browser on your device controller?
  4. Have you tried re-enabling the Sonos skill?
    • Open the Alexa app and tap on the menu in the top left. 
    • Tap on Skills & Games > Your Skills > Sonos > Disable Skill. 
    • Once disabled, tap on Enable Skill.
