We set up our new sonos with alexa a couple of months ago and she worked fine for about 2 weeks. Then voice services just completely stopped working. In the app, it looks like everything is still fine. So we disconnect Alexa and reconnect and it works fine. Again for about two weeks. This keeps happening over and over and it really frustrating. Any ideas?

When Alexa stops working I'd ask two questions:

1. Is the microphone icon on top still illuminated? Unplugging and reconnecting will automatically reset the Mic.

2. Is the speaker still visible in the Sonos App.



Knowing the answer to the above questions will provide a better starting point for analysis. Cheers!
