I have three Sonos One Speakers with Alexa installed I have been using all three for over 3 years 

they were doing very well happy with sound and quality of the system 

About 6 months ago the speakers all were updated with the latest firmware and know They will not work correctly. 

Ask Alexa to play music (Pandora, Xm Radio or Amazon) plays one song and then stops 

Alexa will not stop playing xm radio shows once it starts playing

 

This has become frustrating and a problem with me

IS THERE A FIX FOR THIS AS THIS IS ISSUE…….

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Please try removing the Sonos skill from Alexa, and adding it again: Alexa app » More » Skills & Games » Your Skills » Sonos » Disable Skill. Once unlinked, tap Enable to Use to relink your Sonos account.

You can also try rebooting the speakers in question.
