Controlling Phillips Hue bulbs through Sonos 1
My son has an Echo Dot and is able to control Phillips Hue bulbs through Alexa. Can I use them with my Sonos 1 speaker since it has Alexa? Would I need anything else except for the bulbs? I searched the forum for Phillips Hue bulbs but found nothing on the topic. /thanks

Hue bulbs require a hub, which is included in most Hue starter pack bundles. The only exception is if you own an Echo Plus with built in smart hub.
Thanks, Is there any problem with the Sonos speaker "seeing" the Phillips Hub? Since I posted the question, I googled and found some threads on people having problems controlling the light with the Sonos speaker.
As long as they are on the same network it should work.
