Connection Error While Adding Amazon Music

I reset my Sonos ONE, now is all set up but when adding the Amazon Music I get this message:
Connection Error
There was a problem adding the Amazon Music account.
A Connection to Amazon Music could not be made.

All this happens after it makes me sign in to validate the account, I close the browser after I sign in and ask me to close it and go back to the app.
Please help

HI there, marcospolanco. Are you still having this issue with signing into Amazon Music? Does this happen if you use the Amazon Music app outside of Sonos?
