I have connected my Sonos Move to the Alexa app but when I ask to turn on a light that is connected to a wemo smart plug, Move says she cannot detect any smart devices. I checked that the plug is active in the Alexa app but it just won’t work with the sonos. Any suggestions? I can’t find “devices” in the sonos app.

Can you control Wemo with any other devices? Do you have another Alexa device that works with Wemo?
Just spent a while on phone with Sonos rep who couldn’t help me with this problem. After I got off the phone, I thought I would try using Google instead of Alexa and it worked the first time. Problem solved. Yay! Buh-bye Alexa.
