Commands for Grouping Sonos and Alexa Voice Assistants

Hi, I have a Beam (Sonos Voice Assistant, “Hey Sonos”) and an Era 100 (Alexa Voice Assistant) in pretty close proximity.  I chose different voice assistants because my soundbar kept picking up my Alexa commands to the Era when I didn’t want it.

 

I know for the Sonos Voice commands on how to group the speakers, but what are the Alexa Voice Commands to group it with the Beam and ungroup it?
