I enabled Alexa skill, found my sonos device, Amazon is appearing in settings on Alexa. When I command her to play something she starts and then tells me it's offline. How do I fix this?

Have you tried disabling and re-enabling the Sonos skill in the Alexa app? We have had reports of customers with similar problems say they were able to get it working following those steps.
