Can´t find device in Alexa app

Can´t find device in Alexa app even though the Sonos is enabled? Is this not yet working in Norway? When checking voice services in the Sonos app it says "not available in your country". Is this the reason it won´t work?

Amazon Alexa on Sonos is currently available in these countries...
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, and the United Kingdom.
