Can't enable Alexa Skill - Stuck on "Add your Sonos speakers to your account"

I just replaced an Echo + Play 3 with a new Sonos One. I had the Alexa integration working perfectly.

Before the new install I had disabled the Sonos Alexa skill, but now I can't re-enable it. When I do, I get stuck on the the "Add your Sonos speakers to your account" screen. I've tried all of the debugging steps, and it looks to me like my Sonos One is connected to my account.

Any suggestions?

We had problems with this today. I noticed the email associated with Alexa was my wife’s account while the sonos email was my own. After creating a sonos account for my wife’s email and adding the sonos one speaker to it we were then able to add the Sonos skill on the Alexa app. Also not sure you’re in the uk, some other threads about this problem had to do with amazon.com vs Amazon.uk.com differences. We’re in the US so this didn’t apply to us.
