I have Sonos One and know that it can stream from airplay? I also amazon fire tv sticks on my televisions. Can I stream from there?

No, it is not possible to send audio from a Fire TV stick to a Sonos One. You would need a Sonos device with a TV input; an Amp, Playbar, Playbase, or Beam.
Would it be possible if I had Apple TV?
Apple TV can play to a Sonos One via Airplay.
