Can Sonos one connect to echo dot? (I know it is already built in but it’s not as good)

Sorry but what do you mean by connect? Do you have any specific commands/functions that you require?

You can control a Sonos One from a dot .... i.e. you can give a dot the same command you would the the Sonos One itself and it will respond. Only difference is on the dot you have to tell it what room. i.e. Play "Song" on "Kitchen". Where Kitchen is the name of the Sonos One.
All Sonos devices can be controlled via dot that way ... not just the Sonos One.

Yes, as long as you include the Sonos room name in the command, it's not possible to control the group volume at this time via voice control.
