Is it somehow possible to stream audio files from the Blinkist App to my Sonos One system? I understand the Alexa App "Blinkist Minutes" is not the same, it only offers a minute of input every day.
Any ideas?

Anything you can play on your iPhone can be played on the One via AirPlay.

Sonos can stream many music service directly, but I don't know if blinkist is one of them.

So you have the option are to use one of the sonos prodcuts that has a line in, like the Connect, Connnect:amp, or Play:5. It may also be possible that the Blinkist app will allow you to download content as an mp3 file or something to your andriod, and Sonos could then play that. Short of those options, you can contact Blinkist and ask them to integrate with Sonos.
