Hello, I asked Alexa to set a music alarm to a specific song with Spotify and she responded with “this feature is not currently supported on this device”. Is this a bug? Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks in advance!!

Hello again, SSS1. Thanks for the questions. Alarms made through Alexa are only made on the Alexa side and will not function on the Sonos platform. This means if you do not own any other Alexa devices, Alexa will not be able to set an alarm on a Sonos device and give you the error message you described earlier. In this case, if you want to use a Sonos alarm, you will need to go through the controller.

Hi Keith, thanks for your response. I have an Amazon Echo in another room. Is it possible to link the two in a way that would allow me to set a music alarm on the Sonos Beam? Thanks in advance!

You have to use the Sonos app to set a Sonos alarm, Alexa can't help.
