I have the Sonos Beam & Roam. It plays Apple Music through the app… BUT it will not play Apple Music through voice controlled Alexa on the Beam or Roam. I have disabled services, disabled skills, deregistered devices, deleted apps, reset services and it will not work. HELP! PLEASE!

You must link your Apple Music account in the Alexa app on your device.
To either your Beam or Roam say “Alexa play Apple Music” and it will send instructions to the Alexa app to link your paid Apple Music account.
