It appears that your system has lost connection to the Amazon Alexa Cloud. I am not sure how adding a ring doorbell would affect Amazon Alexa on your Sonos.

More specifically:
Re-enable the Sonos skill
Open the Alexa app and tap on the More menu in the bottom right. Tap on Skills & Games > Your Skills > Sonos > Disable Skill. Once disabled, tap on Enable Skill.
If the above does not resolve your issue, have a look at the Advanced fixes on the support article.
If that fails too, I’d recommend reaching out to our Sonos Support for some live troubleshooting.
