BBC Sounds wont play via Alexa

I see this is a topic that's been raised before. I have 2 different Era 100 speakers, neither of which play when I ask Alexa to play BBC Sounds.

The voice assistant says it is playing but it doesnt. I have tried:

 

Rebooting devices and router

Disconnecting and reconnecting BBC Sounds app

Disconnecting and reconnecting Alexa

 

Any suggestions gratefully received!

Have you tried everything suggested in those other threads?

Have you spoken to Sonos support?

Have you disabled and enabled BBC Sounds skill in the Alexa app?
