Hi all, had a new Virgin media hub3 installed yesterday and now can’t play radio stations through the Beam via Alexa. Worked perfectly a week ago, just a new hub fitted! Help please!

Here are a few things to try:
- Unplug your Beam for a minute or two.
- Remove Alexa from your Beam in the Sonos app and re-add her.
- Disable the Sonos skill in the Alexa app and re-add it.
- Reboot your new router again.
