BBC sounds and TuneIn radio not playing via Alexa after replacing router

Hi all, had a new Virgin media hub3 installed yesterday and now can’t play radio stations through the Beam via Alexa. Worked perfectly a week ago, just a new hub fitted! Help please!

Here are a few things to try:

  1. Unplug your Beam for a minute or two.
  2. Remove Alexa from your Beam in the Sonos app and re-add her.
  3. Disable the Sonos skill in the Alexa app and re-add it.
  4. Reboot your new router again.

Thank you so much for the advice; disabled the Sonos skill in Alexa, enabled it, worked perfectly! Cheers!
