Amazon music won't play through my Sonos system.

Could you perhaps give us a clue as to why not?
If I play music through amazon on my Sonos app it plays through my Sonos system.when I ask alexa to play music it only plays through amazon speaker.I have sonos arc.my old playbase would always play all music from alexa.
