I have pair of Sonos One speakers. Alexa works great but only on one of the 2 speakers. Can Alexa work on both speakers.

Obviously you know how to enable Alexa on the Sonos One since you say it works on one of them. That said you must enable Alexa on both speakers in the Sonos and Alexa Apps. Also the microphone must be turned on on both. However, if they are in Stereo pair you only need the microphone listening on one of the speakers.
If you have performed the setup on both speakers and the problem persists then I suggest you submit a diagnostic and post the reference ID in this forum. If still in a return window you can exchange it for another speaker at the place of purchase.
