I have recently purchased an Era 100. It has been set up as per instructions and prompts and has been working fine until a few days ago. Alexa has not been responding to the command to turn off and the only way to turn it off has been to ask it to change radio stations then command it to turn off. The speaker is mainly set to Newstalk ZB talk radio station for most of the day. It turns on fine and adjusts volume when requested. Any clues out there how to fix this?

Thanks. I ended up deselecting the Sonos Skill and the reselecting and it seems to have worked. I’ll hold this in reserve.

Unplug the speaker from power for a couple of minutes.
When asking Alexa to stop the audio, say “Alexa, stop music.”
