i have Audible as a Service. on the Sonos App i can search and find my book and have it played. But if i command Alexa to Read my Audible Book, i get in reply "I'm having trouble getting your audible books"

Or she will tell me to get an audible account and will start to play a sample of the book
You need to sign in with your Amazon account rather than your Audible account.

Thanks, but in the sonos app i when i added the audible service i did login with my audible account. Where is it you are suggesting i sign in with my audible account. (the fact that i can access my audible book in the Sonos app means that i've logged in with audible account. does it not?)
See the link I've provided above. You need to sign in with the email address you are using for Amazon.

thanks again, Yes, i did that, and yes i can listen in the Sonos App and yes i can direct the audio to one of my 5 sonos speakers.
But, my question was "if i command Alexa to Read my Audible Book," by speaking to the Sonos One with alexa that i have, and I ask Alexa to read my book - she can't, she says "i'm having trouble getting your audio books. "
The other day when audible was set up in Sonos as the service, but i hadn't connected to Audible with my Audible account, And, i commanded Alexa to read my Audiobook "Pandemic", she said here is a sample of the audiobook Pandemic by authors name here, sign up with audible to get the whole book" or something to that effect. So, I know I should be able to do what i'm trying to do.
So, i suppose this isn't a Sonos issue as much as it is an Alexa on Sonos issue?

Disable the Sonos Skill in the Alexa app and re-enable it.
Sorry none of that works. the issue has to do with the default authenticating to amazon.com when i need to authenticate to amazon.ca
Log out of all Amazon apps installed on your phone/tablet (including Alexa and Audible app), and try it once again.
