Just bought new ARC and setup Alexa. voice commands are so low that you can barely hear them. this is one of the reasons that I got this system, disappointed to the least. finally turned off microphone and went back to using echo dot which has a blue tooth speaker attached.

I should mention, that the voice volume and content volume of the Sonos products are linked and are not independently adjustable from each other. Therefore if you have the Arc at a low volume for watching TV, then the Alexa response will also be low but may be lower than the TV content itself.
