Alexa triggers herself

So recently I have noticed that whenever Alexa uses the hot word in her explanations she triggers herself, stops talking and starts to listen again.

For example: you have the skill "Question of the day".
When you're done with the skill, Alexa always says something in the way of:
"You can play again tomorrow by saying Alexa"... At this point Alexa hears the hot word and stops the explanation.
Is there any way to resolve this issue?

For clarification, do you have multiple echos/alexa enabled devices in your home? I'm just wondering if one echo is hearing what the other echo is saying.

Do you have a second Sonos One or another Amazon device in the same room?

No I do not have any other Alexa device in my house. It's really just the same device triggering it's own.

OK let's try this as I'm not sure if this an Alexa app issue or the Sonos One speaker.

1.Unplug your Sonos One
2.Delete the Alexa app
3.Reinstall the Alexa App
4.Plug-in the Sonos One
5.Makes sure it's shown in the Sonos App and Voice recognition is set
6.Ask Alexa to Discover devices

Please post back. Cheers!
