Alexa stops responding to commands every couple weeks

Every couple weeks, Alexa stops responding to commands or stops responding consistently. For example, I can start playing something with a voice command but cannot stop playing or adjust the volume with a voice command despite hearing the acknowledgement chime. To fix this issue, I have to disable and re-enable Alexa several times before capabilities are restored. 

 

Have others experienced this? Is there a long term fix that is known or in the works?

Try unplugging your Sonos One from power for about a minute, rebooting your router, and disabling the Sonos skill and re-enabling it in the Alexa app.
