If your using amazon music it only allows 1 stream playing via voice control.
If you want to stream multiple songs multiple rooms use the Sonos controller.

when i use the voice in th eliving room alone, alexa stops all other sonos devicesthat are playing in other rooms...is this normal?
The sound ducks (lowers temporarily) on all speakers when you use Alexa. Sonos has said they are looking for a way to associate a specific speaker with a Sonos devices so only that speaker ducks and also you wouldn't have to say the room name when asking to play music.
One work around is that if you have some speakers in one room where Alexa device is an you only want to do voice control on those. If you go into Alexa app and go to smarthome and room - then disable OR DELETE (the one's you don't want to voice control) then those speakers will no longer duck.
